Meet Freya

Your Guide in this Sacred Journey

Freya is an international Tantra teacher, intimacy coach, and breath-work teacher with over a decade of experience in the erotic arts. After working with indigenous birth communities in Latin America and studying Midwifery and Public Health for Women in the UK, Freya was inspired to dive deeper into sacred sexuality. She left the medical field in 2013 and began a professional study of tantra, breath-work, and Taoist practices.

Now based in the Cotswolds, Freya regularly leads retreats across the globe, merging Celtic rites of passage with ancient Eastern teachings. She is also a Tao Tantric Arts school faculty member, teaching the next generation of sacred femininity and tantra teachers.
